I suffered a prolapsed disc in my lower back about a year before reaching out to Ann. Even though my back had begun to recover gradually after months of physical therapy, I still had no faith in my own body. Ann’s thoughtful lessons allowed me to strengthen my core, build confidence, and re-gain mobility. Before starting with Ann I was terrified even to bend at the waist or raise a leg while lying down.
