Private Pilates Sessions with Ann

Need help breaking down some basic Pilates? Want a movement-based alignment correction? What about a private yoga-tune up with Ann? Whatever your needs or goals are, we can help you achieve them one-on-one. Virtual sessions are now offered at half-hour lengths! Sessions are $55 for 30 minutes and $85 for 60 minutes.

I suffered a prolapsed disc in my lower back about a year before reaching out to Ann. Even though my back had begun to recover gradually after months of physical therapy, I still had no faith in my own body. Ann’s thoughtful lessons allowed me to strengthen my core, build confidence, and re-gain mobility. Before starting with Ann I was terrified even to bend at the waist or raise a leg while lying down. Now, after just three months, I have more flexibility in my back and lower body than before my injury. It has been wonderful working with Ann. Her help has been a huge part of my recovery.
